CEI’s Careers in Energy Program tabled at the Viva Los Dodgers event, held prior to the Los Angeles Dodgers victory against the San Diego Padres, for the second to last time this season. Employees were able to talk about the industry, pathways, and occupation with over 40 people. Several of the people who engaged the table were from the engineering field or had an interest in engineering, as well as multiple educators, including school counselors.

Marc Cooper, from CRC, educated people on the different rocks and minerals he deals with as a geologist, including their geographic location, their depth location, their makeup and their usage.

Having a table at the Viva Los Dodgers events has provided CEI the opportunity to hand out and discuss valuable information with Dodgers fans about the impact the industry has on the greater LA area.
