Californians for Energy Independence, the California Latino Leadership Institute, California Resources Corporation, Fresno City College and Fresno City Council President Esmeralda Soria participated in the Women’s Empowerment Summit and Council President Esmeralda Soria’s 4th Annual Women of the Year Awards Luncheon on March 17. Our “Careers in Energy Initiative” breakfast inspired high school and college women to explore STEM careers in the energy industry. Morning sessions included keynote speakers, including CRC’s Greenhouse Gas Program Engineer, Astrid Acuna.
