On October 28 and 29, Californians for Energy Independence (CEI) through its Careers In Energy program, participated as an exhibitor and presenter at the 2018 California STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) Symposium in Long Beach, CA. The conference brought together more than 3,000 STEAM educators from across California, including teachers, administrators, program providers and philanthropic and industry representatives. CEI’s Careers in Energy booth provided helpful information to attendees on the program and useful handouts highlighting different career pathways in the oil and gas industry.
